When to consider counseling

You may want to consider support for you or your children if;

  • Recently had big changes in your family or world

  • Experiencing increase in aggression, hostility or rage

  • Low self-esteem, difficulty making/keeping friends 

  • Risky behavior and/or self-harm

  • Learn to build resiliency, esteem, confidence, value and worth

  • Challenges in relationships 

  • Parenting education to learn new tools to support your every day routines, discipline, and increase relationship satisfaction

  • Challenges with anxiety, mood issues, ADHD, impulse control, and disengagement 

  • Concern with screen time and/or social media engagement
